There are fears a new wave of coronavirus cases could be lifting off in China, with one city in Jilin province being reclassified as high-risk.
Jilin officials have elevated the risk level in the city of Shulan after a woman tested positive last week.
The news comes as Wuhan reported its first case of COVID-19 in over a month.

Shulan, with a population of 700,000, lies near the Russian border.
Reuters reported that 11 new coronavirus cases were reported in Shulan over the weekend, all of them family members or people linked to the woman who tested positive last Thursday.
Initially the risk level was raised from low to medium. But within 24 hours, Jilin officials increased the public health gauge to high.
