Vans Launches A Line Of Harry Potter Sneakers

The brand best known for outfitting skaters, snowboarders, BMXers and surfers is now cornering the market on hip Harry Potter gear.

Vans recently released its official collaboration with Warner Bros. Consumer Products.

“This season, Vans and HARRY POTTER have conjured up a magical collection for witches, wizards, and muggles alike,” reads a statement on the Vans site.

The Wizarding World collection includes shoes, clothes, hats, socks and other accessories in both adult and kid sizes.

The featured shoes for each house are the Sk8-Hi for Gryffindor, the Era for Slytherin, the Authentic for Ravenclaw and the Classic Slip-On for Hufflepuff. There’s also a ComfyCush Era-themed shoe with newsprint from The Daily Prophet on it.

You can sort items by “house” if you’re looking specifically for Gryffindor, Slytherin, Ravenclaw or Hufflepuff gear.

But the collection doesn’t just divide by house. There are also prints inspired by the Deathly Hallows, the Marauder’s Map, Transfiguration, the Dark Arts, Hogwarts and some more general spells.

Some standout items on the Vans site?

The details on all of the Vans shoes are pretty impressive, but we’re especially wowed by the snake scales on the Slytherin Eras.

Can you even with these Golden Snitch kids shoes?!

This comfy-looking Hogwarts sweatshirt will have you wanting to enroll ASAP.

Intimidate the heck out of wizards and muggles alike with this Dark Arts backpack.

Or go subtle with a wand-printed button-down oxford shirt.

You can also design your own custom pair of shoes, mixing and matching a few checkerboard colors and Harry Potter prints and adding a lightning bolt for good measure.

By the time you check out, you could be outfitted from head to toe in magical merch.

Alas, no Vans-inspired Cloak of Invisibility.

But your Harry Potter-Vans attire will get you that much closer to your favorite book series, and you don’t even need to enroll at Hogwarts or enlist the help of the Sorting Hat.

Will you be buying anything from Vans’ new Harry Potter collaboration?
